Apteka International Pharmaceutical Trade Show is the unique and most representative specialized exhibition on Russian pharmaceutical market. It annually created a platform for professional meetings of pharmaceutical producers and distributors, drugstore networks and end consumers. The exhibition is traditionally supported by governmental institutions, professional associations, leading specialized media.

The History
MSI Fairs & Exhibitions would like to thank you for long-term cooperation and apologizes for misinformation attempts from the part of the companies aiming at illegal acquisition of the idea of organizing Apteka International Pharmaceutical Trade Fair. To avoid misunderstanding and false rumour spread by Euroexpo CJSC, please, let us tell the history of Apteka creation and organization in Russia.
Representing Bayer in Eastern Europe from 1976 till 1992 Mr Christophe Szymoniuk brought the idea to organize a pharmaceutical trade fair in Russia. In cooperation with Mr. Alexander Apazov, President of Pharmimex Public Corporation and Russian Pharmaceutical Association gave a start to Apteka trade show in Moscow since 1994. The exhibitions at once gained success haveng obtained the official support of Moscow Government and Ministry of Health of Russia.
On September 12, 2000 MSI Fairs & Exhibitions registered Apteka trade mark, thus obtaining all the legal rights to use it, according to Russian legislation. On March 19, 2001 MSI Fairs & Exhibitions and Pharmimex acquired the direction of Moscow Mayor Mr Yury Luzhkov No.210-РП for holding Apteka annual international specialized trade fair in SC Olympiyskiy. This direction was agreed and signed by SC Olympiyskiy administration. Nevertheless, on December, 2007 SC Olympiyskiy administration in written form refuses MSI Fairs & Exhibitions to provide exhibition space for the period of the trade show.
Till 2002 MSI Fairs & Exhibitions and Pharmimex were the only organizers of the trade fair, then joined by Messe Servive effectuating agent's functions and attracting exhibitors to take part in the show. As for Euroexpo CJSC, it merely realized the developer's functions.
At present, MSI Fairs & Exhibitions is the only rightful organizer of Apteka trade show.
The exhibition held in SC Olympiyskiy by Euroexpo CJSC has nothing to do with the Apteka International Pharmaceutical Trade Fair.
